1. Custom Seal Refund and Return Policy
No Returns on Custom Seals:
Due to the personalized nature of custom seals, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If the custom seal you received is damaged or different from the design you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or refund.

2. Seal Making Tools and Accessories
Return Eligibility:
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will refund your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or Custom Stamps.
Gift Cards and Promotional Items.
